Program Philosophy

Program Philosophy

Endeavoring to teach young hockey players, aged 15-20, the skills and tactics necessary for their continued development in the game of hockey. The goal of the program is to develop the entire person as the focus is on building lasting character both on and off the ice. The game of hockey is about the team and learning to work within the strategies and team concepts while also recognizing the creative aspects that come with the game.

The desire is to see the player changed both on the ice developmentally and physically as well as off the ice in how they conduct themselves as productive members in society.

It is also our goal to develop players and move them on to higher levels of junior and collegiate hockey.
